Moose Tale of the Day: A moose that got stuck inside a swimming pool in Manchester, New Hampshire, had to be rescued by several local firefighters and wildlife officials.
“I didn’t get trained on how to do this, that’s for sure,” Jack Pushee of New Hampshire Fish and Game told WMUR. “There’s a first for everything.”
Moose tend to venture into unfamiliar territory during rutting seasons, according to officials.
The moose was a bit dazed, a little confused, but ultimately managed to make its way back into the woods without biting a single sister.
