Some Dumb Erratum of the Day: Spotted in Greenville, South Carolina’s daily morning paper, The Greenville News.
The AP Style Guide is getting a bit too permissive for my taste.

Tomper Tantrum of the Day: I’m no child expert, but I don’t think this kid cares very much for Tom Brady.

10 Points From Slytherin of the Day: A snake charmer in India, frustrated by the interminable red tape delaying his snake sanctuary, dumped a bag full of venomous snakes at a local government office in protest.
Hakkul, who lives in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, would often be asked to help trap snakes in the town of Harraiya. He petitioned the government for a plot of land where the snakes he caught could be conserved, and claims his request was approved, but says the local land revenue office has purposely prolonged the process.
None of the 100 employees and visitors in the office were injured, but “there was total chaos for several hours,” according to a local reporter, and the snakes are still on the loose.
Early Bird Special: Bigger boat, etc.: An 18-foot great white circles a 21-foot boat for 20 minutes 25 miles off the coast Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
