Street Art of the Day: A parody sign mimicking the template of a Seattle Department of Planning and Development land use sign was spotted Friday morning in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood near the local blight known to residents as the “Big Hole.”
The three-acre site that once housed Vitamilk Dairy has been empty for the past three years. What better way to revitalize the space than by installing a 1,200,000 cu. ft. ground-level ball pit pond adjacent to a unicycle-friendly parking lot with a 40 ft. slide?
Certainly beats whatever McCondo Village eventually puts an end to this wonderful dream.
