Major Turbulence of the Day: Well this certainly isn’t going to help pull Delta out of last place in customer satisfaction: An irate British gentleman describes in detail the harrowing ordeal he has been undergoing since checking in to board a Delta flight from London to Minneapolis on June 17th.
Among his complaints: A screwed up boarding pass that delayed his flight, missing luggage that was sent to the wrong destination (twice), stolen aftershave, and a suitcase packed with freshly urinated upon clothing.
