Guest Speaker of the Day: Slipknot lead vocalist Corey Taylor revealed during a recent interview on 98.9 The Rock that he had been invited to speak at Oxford University.
Taylor said he found the request “ironic” as he himself did not do well in school and, in fact, had not even graduated from high school. “They took a vote about who they would want to speak at their student union and I was the number one pick, apparently,” Taylor told the Kansas-based radio station. “[S]o I was like ‘Yeah, okay, let’s do this.’
I’m probably going to swear and sweat a lot.”
